USP Motorsports

I'm an existing customer and have bought from USP Motorsports over the last 7 - 8 years no issue's. I have an active customer service ticket open to resolve an issue that is not mine to resolve

Long story short I want a refund for an online giftcard ($100) I order but never received.

I get USP was moving locations at the time, but it took 4 months and I had to reach out to them for that $100 giftcard that still never came so I asked for a refund.

After getting the run around due to not being able to refund me since it's been soo long (old order) I was told finally that $100 would be credited towards a Paypal account with my email address on file, okay cool, i created an Paypal account and what do you know, no money.

I let 3 weeks pass and decided to call, go over all of this again and was told yeah we will just send it to the Paypal account using the email addresses we have on file, 2 days later still no $100

I'm beyond pissed because this seems so easy to fix, yet no one does their job. I will say I have zero confidence in the company at this point and will just take my business elsewhere for future purchases.
