They won't respond to my issue
I sent numerous emails .they did, finally respond and said that they were going to send a replacement but I have not received it yet. My suggestion to other consumers; whenever you're thinking about making an online purchase..first go to the info about the company.
If they are located overseas .you might not want to make that purchase. lot of scams coming from China!
