purchased usha 60ltr otg in December In January it got spoilt Till now noone has come for repair or service No call back No update I have filed a consumer complaint against usha Horrible service and horrible products I will sue usha for a big amount now Pathetic company

My both Jar of fp 3811 got defective within warranty period. Despite contacting/complaining my jar has not been replaced since two months

Worst customer service.. I had purchased a water dispenser 4 months before and now its cooling section is not working .So , i did a complain on 12th april 15 days earlier and today is 27th april sitll no one has come from their side to solve the problem...

Dear Usha Team, Good night Sir I have an iron of a Usha company because ever since I took the problem of overheating, complained two to three times a month, the executive coming from Usha company, its behavior is not at all good boy's name is Sohail Khan boy When I asked why this problem is coming again and again, he has used abusive language. In this situation I what do or not do. sir i hope my iron will be fine Usha company is the oldest company, that's why I bought Usha's iron that Usha's service would be good, but just opposite it turned out to be true to all my acquaintances and relatives, I will definitely say that do not buy any Usha's product in future. Very pathetic after sales service

Their customer support does not have solution and in case of product replacement during warrenty they do not have support... If your product cost is Rs 1100 than their customer care person told you to visit their entire distributors to physically check as they are not reverting properly on calls....which means you have burn Rs 5000 fuels for cross checking the product availability. When you ask if still they don't have product than they have no words... If ask turn around time tham they don't have the same as well... They cheat customers
