Preferred solution: I paid for 70GB per month and have been getting 40GB - 50GB for the last 5 months. They keep telling me some nonsense that they can't give me the full 70GB until I use up my stored amount of GBs. No one explained that to me when I purchased the upgrade.

User's recommendation: Make sure you understand what you are getting for your money.

Unable to connect and use usenet

They refunded my money after I told them we would have to go through the VISA dispute protocol if they do not.

No Free Trial, only a promise of a free trial

I am a musician. I use my computer to assist my work. I did a Google search for a "generic low-latency ASIO sound driver" that works on Windows 10. This led me to a "download portal" where I can download for free. This "portal" was Usenet.NL. They boast a 14 day free trial that must be cancelled before the end. They insist on taking your credit card data. Well, their website was very non-functional. I created passwords over 8 times in 4 days and I still could not log in. When I went to my banks website I say I was charged $99 US on the very first day. In addition they had opened 2 accounts in my name. This is because I kept trying and trying to log in, a real endless circle. Usenet.NL said that I clicked on the 1 year subscription and that is what they took my money. The links and pages on their site are misleading, like a magician that gets you to choose the card he wants you to choose. I then Googled, "usenet.nl scam" and I knew I was in trouble. Dozens of testimonials going back years and still many recent ones too. I called VISA and said that I was charged without my authourization. They said that I can use the VISA dispute protocol if they do not refund my money. I sent an email stating that I did not click on anything that said "I agree to pay, go ahead." I told them that this will go through the VISA dispute protocol. Further I stated, professionally that with the reputation Usenet.NL has I am sure I will get my refund. Well a day later they refunded my money. Both Paypal and VISA have had numerous refund requests because of these folks. They perhaps know that VISA and Paypal can deny service just as car insurance companies can blackball a bad driver. No law is required, just ethical business. I must have hit the nail on the head because they folded, quick. I have no evidence to indicate that they actually have a service that does what they claim. Everything points to misleading chicanery.
