Phone Calls

I have tried on many days to contact somebody to explain my problem. Each time I have been disconnected after a few seconds. I receive a message that says "we are processing your call" and then after a few seconds the line is disconnected. My customer ID is 723****. Walter Zmija

I paid for 70GB per month and have been getting 40GB - 50GB for the last 5 months. They keep telling me some nonsense that they can't give me the full 70GB until I use up my stored amount of GBs. No one explained that to me when I purchased the upgrade.
