Conflict in order status

TI called them 10 times and emailed them, I kept getting an answer service to leave a message. That stayed I will be contacted in but it may take 1 day. The email stated that I would be contacted in 1-2 days.

User's recommendation: Take photos of the product and save them before mailing it out.
