Ghost Company! Avoid Avoid Avoid

It is completely impossible to contact this company via any means. They are like a ghost company or a shelf company.

I've been trying to 'start a return' for an item ten days after it had been delivered and their website do not recognise my order. They give some petty excuse that the order details have not been updated into their portal.

I would strongly strongly advise you NOT to deal with this company in any way shape of form.

If you do then be it your loss!!

Cannot make an online retturn

The order number is not being recognised on their returns portal and there is no way to get in touch via email or by telephone and I cannot make an online return instore.

Still *** Can't email them, not willing to call premium call lines. Please, please don't use these rip off guys.

Shop direct, etc., etc. All of these companies from Sports Direct are to be avoided.

Been contacted the company and all actions this problem needs I’ve did it . But nothing

I placed an order of £1,000 and received some clothes, which were the cheapest items that I'd ordered, approximating £183. The rest of them never arrived.

I contacted the store, emailed them, as they don't have a functioning customer service office to call. I sent them screenshots and pictures like, 'Look, my items are missing,' but they didn't agree to provide a refund or replace the missing items. I also contacted the delivery company, Evri, and they advised me to contact the store. Well, the store didn't answer me at one point.

Thankfully, I paid with Klarna for secure payment, and they blocked the payment.

After five months, I received my money back from Klarna because this store is terrible! They steal!

Trying to resolve a simple problem like changing the delivery address shortly after receiving order email confirmation was very frustrating. Online web chat was not live and didnt solve the problem.

Email option not answered within a feasible time to rectify the problem.

No Customer service contact number available. Will not be using USC again, unsatisfactory after sales service.

Faulty product

I contacted them after taking a 74mile trip to store to be told I couldn't return item after sending photos I got told I could return item which I did they sent same item back to me I contacted them again who said return was rejected I couldn't do anything else unless I got a 3rd party to check it and results on headed paper I asked who 3rd party could be I was told they could not help.any further I am now left with a faulty Product
