BAD SERVICE FROM USBPROMOS.COM

While preparing for a trade show we found what looked to be a good idea- a custom printed USB business card. So we contacted the company and commissioned our AD Agency to prepare artwork to meet their specs. When it came time to contact them to get the project rolling we could not get a return phone call and our emails went unanswered for one week. When our rep Susan did finally get around to contacting us it was clear they were not going to be able to meet our deadline and she had a bad attitude. Needless to say we did not have the custom USB sticks for our trade show. When I called to talk to the owner of the company Susan cupped her hand over the phone and I could hear her talking to who I assume was the owner. She got back on the line and said "he is in a meeting". Very unprofessional to say the least. As a business owner I can not imagine treating my customers in such a way nor would I rely on USBPROMOS.COM for anything important or to come through in a timely manner.
