I'm an ICU travel nurse, and US Navy veteran who was rear ended in december 2016 a USAA customer. My travel assignment had ended less than 2 weeks prior; to my auto accident, my recruiter was actively seeking my next assignment. Due to my injuries, I was unable to return to work until I could be cleared to work without restrictions. Because I was not on an assignment on the day of the accident, USAA refused to pay my lost wages claim. Even though they requested my tax documents to the 3 years prior to the accident, they still refused to pay my lost wages. USAA bullied me by suing me to accept they're low offer. Unfortunately, my attorney worked against me and sided with USAA to settle my claim against my wishes, I feel taken adwantage of.go for usaadont
