Very unprofessional company, misleading customers, no communication, poor customer service.

I ordered an interior kit in November 2022. The web site showed it in stock.

My card was charged immediately prior to parts shipping. The web site still shows the parts in stock. This is not a computer glitch. They are misleading customers to get an order.

As of 8/10/2023 I have not received the door panels or sun visors. I sent a letter to the owner but got no response. Communication is poor. They do not return voice mails.

They will not answer the phone. Very few emails were responded too. All ship dates were missed. Refunds are paid by check.

They will not issue a refund electronically. Find another supplier for your truck parts!!!

Waiting two years for parts - door panels

I have been waiting for 2 years for door panels which were ordered 7/26/2021. I have gotten the run around since I placed my ordered, such as Covid, parts coming from China, and production manager to run door panels.

No one returns phone calls or answers the phone. So I guess I call every day until I either get my door panels or money back!

Ordered seat covers 3months ago. Still waiting if you can possibly get them to answer the phone it’s amazing then they tell you a lie and never get back with you. They do not return emails either.

If you possibly can get they on the phone tell you a lie a never return your phone call. They dont return emails either.

Almost 2 years and they still can't complete my order.

Apr21 I ordered a complete interior. It's now Jan23 and I'm still waiting. Getting a lot of excuses.

If customer service or a "let me help you attitude" is something important to you...then stay away from usa1. I have been restoring a square body truck and have waited nearly two years for the parts to come in.

They had sent me a few parts at a time but not enough to begin and finish a project. Now that I have been so patient the company policy has been to kick you to the curb after 30 days of receiving the parts for any return or replace.

So they take your money and hide behind "company policy" when it comes to helping out a customer. Of course the manager was not available to talk to, typical.

Been waiting on a console and door panels for 1 1/2 years. was told 3 weeks ago that production on them was running and panels would go out next week, waited 3 weeks no door panels, called said some other reason panels were delayed.

This is either a fraudulent company that is selling parts that they don't have.

Our parts are paid for as well so they take your money then never send your product, claim its always something every time i call and will not send a refund. I think i am going to contact AG in NC.

False Advertising

Website lists parts as being in stock when they are not. After purchasing parts the sales order that was emailed to said: "The attachment should have estimated ship date or date schedule." The attachment had nothing regarding shipping.

It's been over 10 days without any communication from the company regarding my order status so I called them. They said they were waiting on the part I ordered and that the website had listed it as being In Stock. I mentioned to the sales representative that they had the item listed in stock but she said it gets busy and they cannot update all their information on their website.

They offered no discount on shipping or any other discount. I still have not recieved my merchandise.
