If customer service or a "let me help you attitude" is something important to you...then stay away from usa1. I have been restoring a square body truck and have waited nearly two years for the parts to come in. They had sent me a few parts at a time but not enough to begin and finish a project. Now that I have been so patient the company policy has been to kick you to the curb after 30 days of receiving the parts for any return or replace. So they take your money and hide behind "company policy" when it comes to helping out a customer. Of course the manager was not available to talk to, typical.

Been waiting on a console and door panels for 1 1/2 years. was told 3 weeks ago that production on them was running and panels would go out next week, waited 3 weeks no door panels, called said some other reason panels were delayed.

This is either a fraudulent company that is selling parts that they don't have.

Our parts are paid for as well so they take your money then never send your product, claim its always something every time i call and will not send a refund. I think i am going to contact AG in NC.

So rude. Never informed about orders. Misleading. They suck. That's it They suck. Order parts somewhere else
