Customer Service SUCKS

These people just don't care about their customers. They are cavalier about their bad attitude. The cable for the iPod interface that I bought has broken 3 times. I've replaced it each time at $35 a pop. It's just a little USB cable. This time, although I should have requested a free replacement, I called and graciously asked for a discount, They practically told me to go stuff myself. I talked to 2 people and they were both VERY RUDE! A guy named Richard just hung up on me. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! Their PRODUCTS SUCK as bad as their ATTITUDES!
