I received a call back but I was unable to field that call, I requested a call back to discuss in-person by texting the number that called me, hopefully I will receive a call on the 5th of July to discuss

The unit apparently quit working recently, it was installed 3 years ago, my first customer service was great, we fixed the condition with one phone call, still waiting to hear back on my second call in for customer service, I'm confident it will be resolved when I get a return call.

Customer Service SUCKS
These people just don't care about their customers. They are cavalier about their bad attitude.
The cable for the iPod interface that I bought has broken 3 times. I've replaced it each time at $35 a pop. It's just a little USB cable. This time, although I should have requested a free replacement, I called and graciously asked for a discount, They practically told me to go stuff myself.
I talked to 2 people and they were both VERY RUDE! A guy named Richard just hung up on me.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! Their PRODUCTS SUCK as bad as their ATTITUDES!
Preferred solution: I want a free interface cable and an apology from Richard and the CEO/owner
