Theres a team member by the name of Todd that has a really negative attitude he doesnt take anything that he doesnt like he lies to customers on the floor and tells them that theyre only taking in jewelry which I know thats a lie because Ive been a regular customer of USA pawn 2015And I believe that I deserve better treatment than what Todd gives people or myself he refuses to get stuff from a lot of the customers that are regulars that come in there Im not the only one that is complaint but Im the only one to file a complaint
