PayPal refunded my money after investigation, USA Lockpicks never responded
Ordered product, payment was made and money taken from my account. After about a week and a half, tried to contact seller to get an eta of shipment.
No response after numerous attempts, phone and email. These people are frauds and in my opinion, thieves!

Yes, they are fake and will steal all they can... PayPal needs to stop helping them steal....... If the Federal Trade commission would do their job they would put them in jail to include the State in which they operate, but that would require both if them doing their job and get out of the donut shop..

What ever you do , stay away from USA lock picks or Ideal creations which are the same outfit . They take your money then do not respond to e-mails ,and I was told their customer service line wasn't working.
I put a grievance in with pay pal and in 6 working days they found in my favor . There are a number of credible lock tool dealers around , no sense playing around with a bunch of bums .

Does not return emails, has not shipped my package, never provided tracking number, the customer service phone number is a "magic jack" number that is not assigned to anyone. After several weeks I have to assume that I will never receive my item, as I can't get any confirmation that anything has actually shipped.
I am giving them a few more weeks before I start a refund request through PayPal. Glad I used PayPal because at the moment these folks really seem to not be fulfilling any orders and will just keep your money. Locksport community should be aware, if you place an order with this company, expect that you will never receive your item, you will never receive responses to your emails, and you cannot call anyone regarding the status of your order. This company appears to be defunct.

I tried to contact multiple times (phone and email) with no results. The phone number is always disconnected, and I get no response from the email. The address is fake, so I don't see anything real about this business. Don't bother buying or even going on the site, there's no point.

I'm not sure what else there is to say, I feel like I've summed up everything. But this site needs 100 words minimum, so now I'm writing this.
Ordered Tubular Pick Pro in September 2017, and zero communication or response. Eventually lodged dispute with my bank hopefully they will ban this guy!

I bought a lock pick set from usalockpicks.com a couple of months ago and one of the lock picks broke and the DVD doesn't work right. I contacted them when this happened and a person by the name of CC emailed me back after two tries to get a hold of him and he stated that he was going to send me a new lock pick and DVD but he never sent it and just blew me off.
I waited approximately 8 weeks for the replacement to arrive and it never did.
I then contacted him again and asked him if he sent out the replacement and he never got back to me even after three tries. I would be careful about ordering anything from his website as he gives a guarantee but does not honor it.
