Awesome Customer Service
I recently had an issue with UPS damaging my package from USA Knifemaker. Luckily, I reached out to Chelsea and she was extremely helpful in resolving the issue.
She quickly arranged for a new box to be shipped to me while they handled the claim with UPS. I appreciate their customer service and willingness to make things right.
