Half empty cigarettes
I have been buying the same brand full flavor shorts the regular size for years and recently found that a lot the packs I have bought cigarettes are not filled this is getting ridiculous and others have bought them and have the same issue I am a smoker and husband too and cigarettes aint cheap. Is this your way of cutting back like all other products do and the consumer no matter what reflects on us as consumers. Well I hope this doesnt damper your day, which Im sure it wont but have a wonderful and blessed day.

My name is Alicia, and I have purchased USA Gold cigarettes for over 15 years. The past year to a year and a half, more often recently, every pack purchased has the tobacco literally falling out... to give a good example, one complete cigarette will be half full and sometimes it's 4-6 that are like that. To pay over $12 for a pack, I believe this to be unbelievably ridiculous and don't understand what happened. If you are aware of the issue, is it being taken care of? I've seen others complaining about the exact same issue in different states, so it's definitely not just a bad batch. Anyway, please respond to let people as well as myself know what you will or are doing about it. Thank you for your time.

Mine is doing the same thing, tobacco is laying in the bottom of the USA gold box , my preference was a soft pack of USA , they stopped sales on the soft pack & I can only get the hard pack here in Wv, Now I’m switching to a cheaper brand, 10 bucks a pack is ridiculous , then I’m quitting ….
