Horrible
- They charged early and I canceled my account.
- They said a denial notice is required for the money-back refund, even though I never used the service.
When they charged me (And did so a day earlier then what was agreed) i went ahead and canceled my plan and I told them due to unforeseen issues in the business I was applying for grants for I would not be using their service and would like a full refund due to money back guarantee. However they told me that I would need a denial notice to get the refund even though I never used their service to apply for one and now that the account is canceled I cant even apply to get one anymore. This is a scam and a half don't believe a word they tell you *** id believe Trump before this company and that says alot.
