I have used USA for Healthclaims in my business for the past 3 years with no complaints. The company stands behind me 100%. They got us up in running in no time. USA For Healthclaims is an opportunity for you to make money and help your doctors get paid. I was ask by a friend how I was doing in this down turn economy, when I suggested USA For Healthclaims she signed up. She lives in North Carlorlina she reported back to me she was making money in less than 45 days. She is making money now like me even her daughter works for her costs :-)

I was ripped off by USA for Healthclaims and was treated poorly.

I bought into a business endeavor. It was for medical billing with a company called USA for Healthclaims. They are a member of the BBB so when I checked them out prior to sending them any money they were listed as one complaint but complaint was satisfied. I was guaranteed assistance and all the help I needed to get my business started. No prior experience necessary. He stated in his literature that part of his package was a list of doctors in my area to get started, a manual, access to a state of the art program, on going support, brochures, practice management software. All for $2999. Well when I received my package I received a plastic manual with photocopied pages, sample claim form which was scribbled on all over in marker and photocopied which was totally unreadable. I had to go onto a medical website to print up a form that I could actually read and understand. The marketing CD was a bunch of corny propaganda and only a numskull would have fallen for it, a list of doctors in my area that had left the area many years ago and no forwarded listing. I did try and make this work anyway. I step up my computer with this state of the art program and when I tried to train myself I was locked out. I called Mr McCurry and was told that I had to get a doctor signed up first. This is impossible since you are not really given anything real to sell. You aren't even given knowledge. When I was asked questions by a doctor I couldn't answer them. I would call Mr. McCurry and always had to leave a message. He wouldn't get back to me sometimes for days, but called me right back. He never offered the help he promised. I am an educated adult. My background is in aviation and multi-line commercial Insurance underwriting, office manager and flew airplanes. So I'm not a *** person. If enough information was given I would have done very well. I contacted the BBB but since he is a member of the BBB he pays due he is protected by the BBB. I filed a complaint his answer to all my letters was insulting and rude and said I couldn't sell anything if I had a gold binder. I told Mr McCurry I didn't want my money back I only wanted his help to get this business started and turned to the BBB to push him to help me. He came back saying "She's just trying to get money where ever she can". In other words he didn't want to help me. I am placing this complaint online because the BBB is showing my complaint as satisfied. When I called them up and told them that this complaint was not satisfied, they told me that as far as they are concerned Mr. McCurry did everything he said he would. I told them that he didn't do anything he said he would and they told me to talk to him about it. So remember folks don't trust the BBB sign on any business. Go to another source or word of mouth. The BBB isn't what they used to be.

I wish this sight was running when I bought into USA Healthcare claims. I agree completely with Marcy.

I was ripped off just like she was, but it cost me $6,000.

I would like to get my money back, but when I call the number for Fred McCurry it is no longer in service. Everyone, be ware of this company!

If anyone knows how to get my money back, please respond.

I looked at this company's claims software several years ago. It was available then on "Shareware" for free and sounds like it hasn't changed.

After an inquiry, USA sent a salesman out to sell the package, then costing $5,000. Sounds like it's all done on internet now.

I know of no one who tried it and was successful & I researched quite thoroughly. I have spoken with Fred McCurry would tell a person anything!

After looking at Marcy's post dated 10-1-2009.

Come on people the commplaint is 2 1/2 years old. USA for Healthclaims offered full suport and even a full refund and seems to me and BBB they did everything they could to make this person happy.

Seems to me that need to update there records and preform there on investigation if they are going to allow just anyone to post complaints. Remember People take things with a grain of salt what you read.

So what franchise business(es) would you recommend for someone who really wants to go into business for him/herself?

thanks I had gotten a mail solicitation from them and was saved by the bell. Thanks guys.

These people are not credible. They offer no follow up as they tout, and their software is outdated and cannot be used to market your services. The medical billing software that is out there today is state of the art, and a doctor would run you out of his office if you were to show him what USA for Healthclaims is trying to pawn on you and the medical community. If you are not a medical biller, asking for a demonstration of their software before siging up would be a waste of time because you probably wouldn't know the difference. Like Marcy, I tried to make this business work and signed up for a legitimate medical billing course and was given (for practice only) a medical billing program that is being used by several medical billers today, and it was at that time that I saw just how horrible USA for Heathclaims truly is and it was confirmed that they are scam artists.

The BBB is a waste of time and I was told the same thing as Marcy. USA for Healthclaims solicited me through the US Postal Service and I will be going that route to see what I can do to stop this from happening to others.

I received a letter from the same company and was about to mail back the application form, then I decided to google the company name and read this mail from Marcy. The letter will be fed to my hungry shredder. Thank you for your warning.

thanks for you post - I just received a letter from this outfit and also checked them on BBB and was wondering if this was a scam before even calling them. I would never have accepted to shall out that kind of money without something more reliable in hand, but thanks to your post I will not even spend the money on the phone call or the time to mail a response back to them.

thanks for the great info
