I have been ordering from them for years. They are always friendly and helpful, and Great Pricing. Each employee I have spoken to has been great. I have anything from a very small order to large orders. They ensure everything is great and I as a customer am pleased. Some of the folks have been there for many years. I will come back to them as they stand behind their products and have taken care of issues if they do come up. 1 call is all it takes for them to help me. At times they have surprised me with having specialty items in stock and ready to ship.

USA bearings and belts terrible service!

Terrible support. Bought some bearings on Ebay from them, usps lost them so had to file a claim to get my money back.

A month and a half later the damaged package arrived torn open with a sorry letter from USPS. I tried to contact them to let them know it arrived damaged and USA bearings and they blocked me from contacting them? Tried calling a couple times and left messages for the owner Jo and no reply, then they blocked my number?? Really??

What kind of reputable business does that? I have bought many times from them in the past but will not anymore.

It says right on their front page that the BEST customer service is their goal, sure doesn't seem that way to me if this is how they treat a issue over some $12 bearings. There are many bearing suppliers out there to buy from so their loss.

Poor customer service

Stalking is a crime. This customer after receiving a full refund continued to call at least 20-30 times.

What kind of person does that. Once they receive their money they are free to choose whom they would purchase from.

We have no control over the Post Office. He continues to bully and we are not the only company he has done this with.

Wrong, I called twice and to try and explain and then you blocked me, this is how you treat your customers, very poorly and I see you still have poor customer service after 5 years and still haven't learned how to treat customers. Not using reviews to improve but only to try and bash everyone that leaves a bad review for you.

Nobody continued to bully you LOL and you are the only company I have left a bad review for ever so that tells how bad your service is. Glad I have spent my thousands in bearing purchases with other companies over the years and also glad you saw the need to reply to my review after 5 years as it brought it to the top so everyone can see how poor your service still is.

As a witness the sheriff had to be called. We were with the evidence the phone company was able to block his number.

This is an extreme case of stalking.

All we did for days was answer his horrible calls. What person in their right mind does this?


The owner is a neurotic paranoid. She spends more time bickering with customers and brow beating employees than anything.

Often deceptive and unstable. Your experience is par for course.

This is a former employee who is trying everything to make us look bad. This is not a typical situation and in a normal circumstance not how it gets handled. This was a situation that was unreasonable.

I agree, sometimes folks are simply reflecting themselves and can't see who was actually the problem. They have gone all over the internet posting false information about the company.

This not only supply Chinese but other countries as well, from Japanese to European and USA, just so many don't want to spend the extra money for a name brand bearing. They sell to the masses.

She had not received a call from this customer. Sounds more like an unhappy employee, otherwise how would they know how the employees were treated. If you are a customer we apologize your did not have a pleasant experience.
