I have been ordering from them for years. They are always friendly and helpful, and Great Pricing.
Each employee I have spoken to has been great. I have anything from a very small order to large orders. They ensure everything is great and I as a customer am pleased. Some of the folks have been there for many years.
I will come back to them as they stand behind their products and have taken care of issues if they do come up.
1 call is all it takes for them to help me. At times they have surprised me with having specialty items in stock and ready to ship.

Terrible support. Bought some bearings on Ebay from them, usps lost them so had to file a claim to get my money back.
A month and a half later the damaged package arrived torn open with a sorry letter from USPS. I tried to contact them to let them know it arrived damaged and USA bearings and they blocked me from contacting them? Tried calling a couple times and left messages for the owner Jo and no reply, then they blocked my number?? Really??
What kind of reputable business does that? I have bought many times from them in the past but will not anymore.
It says right on their front page that the BEST customer service is their goal, sure doesn't seem that way to me if this is how they treat a issue over some $12 bearings. There are many bearing suppliers out there to buy from so their loss.

Stalking is a crime. This customer after receiving a full refund continued to call at least 20-30 times.
What kind of person does that. Once they receive their money they are free to choose whom they would purchase from.
We have no control over the Post Office. He continues to bully and we are not the only company he has done this with.
