Nead a total hours worked for licensing requirements

Ok recently resigned from U.S. Water last October.. I'm with a new company and have to get my b license which requires me turning in the hours that I worked from Aug 2020 until now... The hr lady over at us water seems to find this a daunting task .. is there any way you can help me out because I can't get in paycom and to get it myself ...
