Verified Reviewer |Just got this 50 foot x 17 foot garage door operated unit, I arrived today to find my unit wide open, the guy next to me said it's been over a week...the manager left at 6pm, couldn't do anything
I need an emergency or 24 hour phone #, I've been here 4.5 hours, no help with my defective garage door entry to my motor home size storage place...nobody cares. According to other storage customers, my unit was broken when the last guy had it...4 to 800$ a month...and my unit has been open a week or more with motorcycle, Razor, etc...in there...

Stolen property
I visited your facility located at Airline Drive and encountered several issues that I believe need addressing. Despite the generally positive reviews, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the staff members I interacted with, Charlene Saldana and Louise Ramsey, were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns.
I approached them with a straightforward question about my storage unit, but their response was both curt and uninformative. This left me feeling undervalued as a customer, as my property worth over a million dollars was allegedly stolen by your company.

They have the worst company and customer service in the world along with a regional manager " JEFF" . There is no company worst than them.

Early access
I used to have early access so I could get my boat out before 6am now I cant. No response from cooperate headquarters raised rates from 285 now 457 . With no signs of improvements

When I 1st rented unit I was allowed early access to get my boat out. Now I cant do that .
I can see no reason why gate is lock and needs code to enter ( which tells who and when ) 24 hour camera surveillance .
I would like to be again allowed to have early access. This will be the third time I contact you and asked to speak to someone who could tell me why this is no longer allowed

Verified Buyer |I have been ignored for days now.
I supposedly had to months for 54. Now all of a sudden two weeks after obtaining a unit the price over $100, and they have a nerve to charge a late fee.
I have emailed 3 days in a row, called over 6 times to get to someone to explain my billing. I have been waiting for a response since August 2 and now I have a late fee do not support this location.

Verified Reviewer |Renters insurance removal from my account
They taken away my renters insurance and billed me $5.86 for October and $14.00 for November. I shouldn't have to pay for either being I had my own renters insurance on my unit.
I need a refund for those two months the assistant manager put my renters insurance back on my unit.
Also your company never took care of wife issue ofwhat we know now the old manager had stolen all our furniture and other tenants monthly payments from your location. None call about a refund we did police report and all. He took over $14000 dollars worth of custom bedroom furniture and expensive paintings ,lamps etc.
I'm so mad at the fact you guys hire people who steal one and corporate who don't care about there patrons belongings in there establishment. We will be getting in touch with our congressman and federal trades commission on this matter.

My name is Larry Wayne Shepard II, I have attempted along with my wife a multitude of times talking to probably a hundred different people in the attempts to get the right treatment and to talk to the right people. What happened to me and what happened to my son is completely unacceptable and was turned around on us to where they kicked us out evicted us and stopped answering my phone calls when I had only been there a few times after renting the unit.
Sean was working on the day that I was evicted and approached my 10-year-old son and started talking very aggressively to him to the point that my son was scared and frightful and he was shaking in the truck when I approached and Sean was practically in the truck through the window. My son then stepped out of the vehicle and was still being harassed by the Sean and because I was clearly upset about this that is when Sean decided he was going to make up a completely and totally false statement about me stating that the cops were called on me to the unit which is completely not true. We have been in this neighborhood for many many years and I was security at the villas on Union hills and have obtained a very close relationship with the Phoenix police officers that I was speaking to on that day. That man continued to treat me with extreme disrespect stating I can't be there longer than 20 minutes when I'd only been there for about 4 days all together and was still moving in immediately and on the spot he said that as of right now you are evicted per Gabby.
I have never been treated so disgusting in my entire life and the fact that they're not letting me come and get my things even though I paid another month of storage fees without being allowed to enter is completely asinine. I have sought out legal representation at this point but wanted to give corporate one last chance to reach out to me and settle this without the presence of lawyers and court and all of that. My wife's vehicle is in that storage unit it wasn't even supposed to be there for maybe a week or two cuz she was on vacation and then the baby's car seat is in there medications all kinds of things that I wasn't able to grab because I was escorted off the property. Please give me a call at 602-900-**** and please do it quickly because this is a very serious matter I want a complete refund of all monies paid to us storage centers for the time that I started until the day that I'm going to be leaving I want complete access to my unit where I am able to get all of my things out I only need about four or five hours to do so and you will never hear from me again if that is not what happens if you are not willing to give me a call or handle this then we'll have to take that next step as far as legal is concerned which is what I don't want to do.

On a very serious side note I did forget to mention that I had my trailer parked in a parking spot I had no signs stating I could not be there it was registered to my name and they illegally had it towed and never told me where it went I asked many many times nobody would return my calls and now it turns out that all of my heirlooms and life belongings might be gone out of that trailer now as well so I would want full reimbursement of that as well or just my trailer back would be great. They are saying that I need $700 to get my trailer and or $100 just to walk through the gate and get my things which is unreal it is a 2012 Look trailer worth $4,000

Water damage to unit
I have been renting a storage unit from US Storage for the past 3 years. I recently took a box filled with business attire and another box filled with business appropriate shoes out of my storage unit.
Upon inspection, I realized my clothes (white dress shirts by Armani, Banana Republic etc) were yellowed and the leather on my shoes was peeling. I have never stored clothes before and thought the shirts may have been normal however, once I saw the condition of my shoes I realized that it was not. Dry rotted leather shoes (Clarks, Gucci, Jeffrey Campbell, Michael Kors etc...
not CHEAP shoes) could only be the work of moisture in my unit. I am extremely upset at this point and have contacted the company who has continued to make excuses rather than take responsibility for their faulty so called climate controlled units!
Employees broke into my unit and stole
Employees stole my unit. The day I came in to clear it out, the manager was very nervous when he saw me.
I asked for a cart, he gave me a key and then said -- there's no carts. I said, so what's the key for. He said, that I would have to take a cart from another part of the building and pointed me to the door which I always go to for my unit. I was there the day before and this didn't happen w the same manager.
I got to my unit and the lock was missing and it was ransacked, items were stolen. I told the manager and he said that I didn't lock my unit and they were going to call me but got too busy. He filled out an incident report and printed out the times supposedly someone got into my unit and said that I was the only that went in there. I called the sheriffs and filed a report.
I will contact headquarters and ask to investigate. This place has hired new people. I had no problems with the previous employees. My unit looked like someone on drugs went through it.
My stuff was destroyed, boxes turned over. A plastic cover in a way that you had to step on it to bend it the way it was when I found it. People beware. This manager couldn't fill out the report without shaking.
Believe, I'm pursuing it. The next day I got calls from a number I didn't recognize.
It's all with the cops.
