Unfortunately, these people rely on unassuming customers to live their lives. I seriously doubt they will be attempting to resolve it. I have filed complaints on them with both Florida's attorney general and their consumer protection departments.

No one has contacted me from there. They are an obstinate company who is only interested in taking money from consumers.

I hired this moving company in August of this year for a tentative move in October. At the time of signing, my representative told me I could cancel the service all the way up until the move date but that 10% of the deposit paid would be withheld. After numerous phone calls (Including leaving a message on their emergency line) and a couple of emails with either no response or inappropriate response, I decided I couldn't trust them. I felt sure that they had gone out of business with their lack of communications. It was making my move that much worse. I finally sent off an email requesting a refund minus the 10%. I received a message back explaining that they have no cancellation policy and that it was past the 72 hour time period to receive any kind of refund. But, I could book them in the future for another move. I told the agent that between the time I signed the contract and the time I was going to change the move date to, there was a solid 2 week period of time where they could have easily put someone else in so they wouldn't lose any money. That didn't phase him. They have $900 of mine which took a lot to save, as I am a senior citizen and now I am struggling to make up the amount for my move. These people don't care. I am now considering taking them to Court, but being as it is written in their contract, I probably don't stand a chance. But, I can become a nuisance for them especially with serving them and going to court. They will be forced to respond or forfeit my deposit. I will see what happens in the next few weeks.

User's recommendation: Always, always, always review the cancellation policy for any movers you plan to use. Also steer clear of this moving company. They are unethical and won't hesitate to take your money and leave your goods out in the cold.
