I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise before Christmas. Merchandise was returned due to an incorrect address and since that time I have had no refund and no communication from the company despite multiple emails.

This is the worst customer services I have ever dealt with. They do not answer the phone or their email. We have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks.

I placed an order on November 4th and was charged that day for the full amount of my order. It is now December 8th, and I have not received a shipment date, I reached out to customer services via e-mail 4 times and got no response.

I called the customer service number and waited for 27 minutes, and an operator never got on the line.

I ordered from the US Soccer Store, rather than Nike, so I could support our National Soccer Teams. I hate to do it, but I would never order another item from them and advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to look elsewhere.

I ordered a soccer jersey on December 20th have not received my order and have been charged for it. This is my second e-mail and there has been no way to find out what happened to it.

This is the worst customer service ever. I will never do business with this group again.

They never follow up or return calls. they need to be reproted to the better business bureau

I have called numerous times and nobody picks up. They say you will receive a call back and the recording says nobody is available and hangs up on you.

I've placed an order beginning of October, got charged, and still have not received two of the three jerseys I had ordered. I have talked to couple people whom said they would look into and call me back and never did.

I had filled out the email form and nobody responds. I want either the jerseys or refund asap!!!

I can get no response to discuss exchange. I made the mistake of calling close to 5 oclock and they obviously were ready to go home and really did not do a good job questions at all.
