Wrong address
You put the wrong state on my passport so now I'm waiting for my original birth certificate which is costing me 150.00 dollars a day at a hotel in South Dakota to fix your mistake! The person that put the wrong state should be held accountable and would love a phone call at 609470**** back from a real government official. Thank you

Expedited renewal of passport
My flight leave in less than two weeks. I have been trying for 2 days, for multiple times to get ahold of an operator to schedule an appointment at the Seattle location.
My family is in a different country and I worry about their safety right now. i need to head over there, but my passport expires in 4 months and I am not allowed to leave the country. I have called the number (877)487-**** consistent and persistently and have been going in circles.
Please help. Much thanks!
