Expedited renewal of passport

My flight leave in less than two weeks. I have been trying for 2 days, for multiple times to get ahold of an operator to schedule an appointment at the Seattle location.
My family is in a different country and I worry about their safety right now. i need to head over there, but my passport expires in 4 months and I am not allowed to leave the country. I have called the number (877)487-**** consistent and persistently and have been going in circles.
