I was very grateful for the customer service I received this morning. There was a problem with the renewal of my daughter's account. They quickly identified and solved the problem and I am very satisfied with the resolution. Thank you!

Looking for a mvno that uses Verizon? Skip this one. After I switched I had nothing but issue after issue with this one. dropped calls, cannot make calls, service stopping unexpectedly. Had to make frequent use of chat tech spt to resume service. Unlimited plans are not unlimited. When a threshold for data, text or phones calls is reached, Your device is disconnected from all services. To resolve the issue' you need to find a internet connection' contact a chat tech report the problem' wait 5 minutes or longer as they check into the issue only to be told we are running accounting so check back tomorrow. So while you wait your phone is with no connections. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one. It's not worth the frustration.
