HORRIBLE company when you need to cancel.

We were assured after changing insurance carriers that they would still honor the 0 dollar cost for CGM in January. Since then, we've been charged a RIDICULOUS amount of money. Cancelled the account in April and was CHARGED AGAIN. I'm furious.

Poooooor customer service

Awful customer service i called last week following for my cgm order after i was on hold for 45 mins someone answered the call and went with her little routine question gave her my info was told she will check on my acct placed me on hold for another 20mins and another person picked up my call and have no clue what im talking about so i went gave her my info again and she told me that my cgm will be delivered in 2 to 3 days because its already shipped out and i had asked her to send a new rx and notes to my provider for a dexcom g7 she said Ok. Fast forward now a week later no dexcom g6 received i called them again following up same routine someone answered i gave her my info placed me on hold without even telling me and rang over to someone else again at this point i asked for a supervisor and was totally ignored and he then told me that nothing shows that any cgm was shipped for me and that they need office notes before sending anything.

SO WHY THE *** I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT ALL OF THIS IS NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF LYING THAT THE G6 IS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT. I EVEN TOLD THIS MAN THAT I DO TAKE INSULIN AND I ONLY HAVE ENOUGH TEST STIPS TO COVER ME TILL THIS WEEK AND IT IS NOT RIGHT THAT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PATIENTS SITUATION. TO TOP THE IT ALL NO APOLOGIES HE JUST WENT WITH ANYTHING ELSE U NEED.

REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. MOST PEOPLE THAT ORDERS STUFF TO THEM HAVE LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND THEY DONT GIVE A F*.

Testing supplies

I was told someone would call and let me know that my supplies would be shipped and I didnt get a call. If I dont know that I am getting my supplies it makes me nervous that I will run out.

Lack of communication between us meds and dr office

I was approved for continuous glucose monitor over a month ago. US meds say doctor's office doesn't send needed info. Doctors office faxed everything to them 4 different times. I keep getting e-mails from US meds asking me to contact doctors office, which I have done, 4 different times. Still getting e-mails from US meds. Very, very frustrating.

Repeated billing for same items even after account has been closed for 4 months.

I keep getting billed 44.55 for a Medicare co-payment that has been paid months ago.

I closed my account with US med after receiving two shipments from them. The account was closed over 4 months ago and payment to US Med has been paid for 44.55 3 different times with proof from my bank the payments were made.

Since I only received 2 shipments from them under Medicare that would have left me to pay two payments of 44.55 but now I have paid 3 payments of 44.55, and they still keep sending me bills.

Calls do no good and emails also do no good. Next stop lawyer and it is unfortunate a person AHS to do this to protect their credit from fraudulent charges from US Med.

It is also unfortunate that a person goes to their doctor and if their doctor only uses this company to obtain diabetic supplies for their patients then the only recourse for the patient is to find another doctor but please make sure before you try and obtain diabetic supplies from your doctor that they use a different company besides US Med.

my doctor increased my testing to 3 times daily because I now take insulin called and told them they didn't care. three weeks later still no test strips finally talked to a live person they said they had a hold on the shipment because I have an outstanding balance. I paid it when I got the bill they never billed my insurance. I have their customer for years that's how they treat people. Medicare needs to yank them as a supplier.

All you get is a bunch of we,re sorry ? Have been trying sense January . Have called ever Two weeks! Been told that the supply would be shipped ??? It is now March 29,2020! Doctor office contacted them was told everthing was correct and would be forth coming ? Two days later received letter stating needed more information to fill order? I just cannot under stand why so much of a proble don't gettm ,after so many calls . All I ever get is We're SORRY FOR THE PROBLEM. Just don't get it!!!!!!!!

Frustration is the correct word to deal with this company, 4th time to call to ordered Diabetes Supplies and nothing but Frustrations, customers service persons very unprofessional, very rude, put you on hold then comeback and ask the same questions, if not satisfied next time, will call Medicare to complain. Why open a Chat Line when nobody answered it and went on line to ordered my supplies and no answered so, FRUSTRATIONS AND FRUSTRATED.

Don’t expect to receive your life saving equipment before you run out of your supplies

I re-ordered my continuous glucose monitoring supplies the day I was eligible so that I don’t run out of sensors. Due to wearing a CGM 24/7, I no longer feel the high and low blood sugars like I used to.

I placed my order and 10 days later, they haven’t even been shipped out. I run out tomorrow. This company is a third party company whose entire job is to fill these medical supply orders and they can’t seem to complete the job. When I call, they seem annoyed that I am calling for a status update on my life saving equipment.

Clearly no one working there understands how important this equipment is.

I offered to pay out of pocket for them to overnight the supplies and they said they would need to call me back to get my credit information IF that was a possibility. This is urgent to me; but clearly not to US Medical.

I was told several times, I was accepted to receive a Lifestyle Libre and US Medical for the past months have been calling me to see if I have received the Libre, no I have not. Then yesterday, July 22, 2019 I was told by a different person that they had just talked to my doctor and sent approval/release for the Libre!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!yesterday and told me I had to call also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the second time I have had problems with this company, last year it was sending my glucose strips, after several month of waiting, they sent me the wrong strips!!!!!

Re urinary supplies. CS reps. Have a culture of lying to customers to get them off the phone. Wrong supplies, patient is allergic too. I have dealt with this co. As a healthcare RN and for personal service for my mom and can attest that customers will lose their lives to co. Mistakes and lack of accountsbility. Spoke to corporate october and happened again.

Lousy Service and can't read

within 10 minutes talking to 3 different reps, each one told me something different. I was also told my supplies shipped, didn't happen. Direct Lie! Then *** "they need to intensively" review my account. WTF does that mean and why? I need my Dexcom supplies asap, horrible business and should be ashamed on themselves!!!!!!!!

Worst for Diabetes Supplies

UNPROFESSIONAL! UNTRAINED STAFF! UNRESOLVED PROBLEMS! These jokers shouldn't be allowed to operate. I have had nothing but trouble with this company for the past year with the diabetes supply department. They keep a completely untrained staff who are unable to assist with the most basic of needs and orders. I am always being directed to another staff member or supervisor who cannot deal with the problem they created in the first place. Most of the customer service team does not listen, or does not understand, and it would seem that upper management goes out of their way to take advantage of patients by making the entire process confusing and uninviting. I am now being charged for products that were supposedly covered by medicare. Yet ANOTHER ISSUE I have to contend with. ...The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing...

Confusion between two unrelated companies

I had been waiting on my diabetic supplies for weeks and calling US Medical Supplies. They repeatedly told me to call another company (US MED).

Apparently I had been calling the wrong company the entire time. It appears as though others have done the same by reading these reviews. Just a head's up to everyone trying to have their diabetic supplies delivered, be sure that you're calling the correct company, US MED at 1-87*-840-****.

This company, US Medical Supplies, does not deal with small medical supplies or bill insurance, so if you call them, they will not be able to help you at all! Hopefully this review helps some frustrated people receive their medical supplies a little faster by contacting the correct company!

Unprofessional reps

called this week regarding a bill I received and had to exchange the supplies for a different size. Spoke to a rep by the name Lourdes R. in the Insurance department she was so rude and nasty she couldn't even help me she had to get help from her supervisor to find out why I was getting billed. She won't let me talk kept on repeating its patient responsibility I had to hang up on her and call back and that rep was able to explain things to me correctly. But again i had to transferred to replace the wrong supplies they sent me.
