Frustrating experience

Vanity tops ordered bought March1,2019 through Lowe’s. We were informed they should arrive within a couple of weeks. After several promised delivery dates and still no tops we found out that the order hadn’t been entered properly. Then more promised delivery dates and still no tops. Eventually, through repeated contacts finally speaking to a district manager, we found out they had been made twice and failed inspection twice. On May 7th (approximately 9 weeks later) we received our 2 vanity tops, only to find that one is chipped in 2 places across the front edge of the top. We have returned it to Lowe’s and ordered a new one and are currently praying that we ever get it. Meanwhile our bathroom remodel is finished lacking one vanity top. I also want to say that Lowe’s has been extremely helpful throughout this stressful process and we hold them in no way responsible. US Marble needs to step up its game. We would NOT recommend US Marble to anyone.

BEWARE OF US MARBLE COUNTERTOPS

We purchased a US Marble countertop from Lowe's in 2008. In 2012 blisters (bunps) began appearing on the surface. A US Marble rep came out & advised me that US Marble could replace or he could attempt to repair the countertop. I opted for the repair since I was afraid of any damage that might occur to the vanity. He did the repair as best that he could and had to come back approx. 6 months later for additional repair. In 2014 additional blisters began to appear. The rep came out & offered me the same options. This time I opted for replacement. In Nov 2014 I did the removal & installation of the countertop & plumbing by myself. It was quite a job!!! Kelly from US Marble said that the problem was due to a mfg defect & should not occur with the new top. Well in August of 2015 I noticed blisters in the new countertop. I advised US Marble of the problem. The rep came out & attempted to repair the problem; he did not have any sucess. He said that US Marble would replace the countertop but that I would have to either install the work myself or pay for someone to do it. After emailing them back & forth in Oct they said that the problem was caused by abrasive cleaners that I was using. I know what an abrasive cleaner is & have never used one on the countertop. After having gone thru the removal & install process less than a year ago, I don't feel that I should have to do this myself once again. I have emailed the CEO , VP, Sales Ditrector, etc but to no avail. I have given up but wanted to make others wary of US Marble countertops,
