Lost money
They stopped a shipment of mine to get another fee. They stopped it and asked for more money.
After they stopped they quit answering the phone. I left it to a higher authority to take care of this. I didn't have a way to handle it.
The BBB didn't help. Remember this and you have been warned.

Shipment on hold
The shipment was picked up at Vintage vibe auto parts Atlanta Georgia. They carried them to Cartersville Georgia.
At that time they held the shipment, it was told to me they wanted a insurance fee of $250.00 more dollars to release it. This should have been taken care of before the shipment was picked up. I called and called, no answer.
So far I have $720.00 in it so far. I am disabled and need help.This stinks like a scam.

Tracking issue
I can't track my package anymore. I also cannot talk to any live person with your company I just get forwarded to a voice-mail. Very poor customer service.

March 2023 There has been a clear change in management at US Global Mail for the worse. Shipping instructions are NOT followed.
When they screw-up, they take ZERO responsibility. Poor Service!!
