Horable welding helmet refued to help me

i bought a usforge welding helmet from amazon.com derectly from usforge.com i receved it the #10 shaded face shild and glass protective cove were all scrached up and the frandinstine bollts both were stripped out i called them and they sent me one. so i called them up and they called me a lier a lier i was mad so then after 3 months i called them up and i took me 3 letters and 2 phone calles later they sent me the wronge bolt they refued to help me over and over again i had to continually call them just to get two bolts that never worked they never sent me a repacement protective lens
