US Fitness Supply - Horrible customer support

I purchased gym equipment in April 2020. Due to COVID-19, I fully knew to expect a long delay in getting the equipment.

The order was for just over $1000. However by April 2021 it was becoming clear I was not going to receive my order. I started calling and leaving voicemails to get an order status out to get a refund. I had to leave voicemails because no one answers the phone with this company.

I also started sending emails to either track down my order or get a refund. The only email response I ever got was a canned, auto response that said my email was received and they would get back with me. Prior to today I never received a response to the voicemails or emails. Today I filed fraud claims with the FTC and with the State Attorney General.

I left a message with US Fitness Supply once again and let them know what I had done, and wouldn't you know it, I finally got a call back today. I requested a refund and was given a partial refund. They withheld the PayPal fees from my refund. When I questioned why, I was told too bad and that was all they got from Paypal, so that's all they're giving me.

When I said this was unacceptable and wanted a refund for the full amount I paid almost two years ago, I was told I could go *** myself. I was also told that they don't care about my business and that they have refunded over $500,000 so far so they are too big to care about me. Great customer service is not on the menu with this company.

Also good luck reaching them if something is wrong with an order you place online. Complete scam artists.

I placed an order in May 14th of 2020, but I never received the majority of the items I ordered. My total order was debited to my card at $1207.01.

A Do NOT set of TRX Gravity cast kettlebells did arrive after a few weeks, however the following items never arrived:

- YORK 4' Int'l. Chrome Curl Bar - $70.00

- YORK 50 lb York Slam Ball - Black - $98.00

- YORK 40 lb York Slam Ball - Black - $83.00

- YORK 30 lb York Slam Ball - Black - $67.00

- Prism Function Strength VTX Vertical Kettlebell Rack - $337.00

- Xtreme Monkey 365 Power Rack Accessory Dip Bar - $141.57

The order was closed and showed full-filled on their website and in my account, yet Total value of the items that were never received is $796.57. Over the past months I have submitted at least 7-8 separate requests via email and on Facebook, and have received replies with excuses similar to the other customer reviews on this website. This is an example of a reply from their customer support: _____ 08/26/20 at 9:16am:

We have been informed that a numerous amount of orders have just shipped out, we are in the process of updating orders now.

March and April are the ones that are being sent out first due to being the first orders put in we are trying to get everything out as quickly as we possibly can. We are truly sorry for the delay as we completely understand the frustration and readiness to receive the product. We are doing everything we can to get as much information as we can from the warehouse to be able to give you the updates when you ask.

We thank you for your patience and you should be hearing more from us soon.

In addition, you will receive your product we are not a sham/scam, we are here to provide you with the highest quality products. Unfortunately unforeseen circumstances of COVID-19 produced and influx of orders into the entire fitness industry.

Therefore all small business fitness industries are dealing with these complicated lead times. We understand your frustration as there is frustration on both side because we want to get these products to you as quickly as we can, and unfortunately it has been longer and harder than it should be and for that we are truly sorry. Please let us know how you'd like to continue. If you'd like to keep your order or if you'd like to cancel.

US Fitness Supply has stopped fulfilling customer orders and apparently owes a lot of customer refunds.

If you have ordered from US Fitness Supply, Inc, or on their website at usfitnesssupply.com you will want to alert and file formal complaints with your credit card carriers, the BBB, local authorities and US Fitness Supply payment processes (Amazon and PayPal ) against the company regarding the company's lack of order fulfillment and theft of customer payments. I anticipate a class action lawsuit against usfitnesssupply.com in the coming months. US Fitness Supply corporate address is 32951 Lighthouse RD Selbyville DE 19975. The company provides customer service numbers at (757) 745-**** and (757) 745-**** however these numbers direct you to recordings that then ask you to email the company due to high volume.

I have not been able to get anyone on the phone. Again, buyer beware of US FitnessSupply and usfitnesssupply.com.
