AI Highlights
  • - Manager refuses to accept payments (cash or credit) and demands full payment.
  • - Fees tripled; $238 became about $600 in 1.5 months.

this us storage manager is breaking federal law. He says he wants to help, but he will not take payments offered to him.

He states full.payment must be made, he says federal employees have no rights , his policy is the wah it is. Hes trippled my payment, as a new employee, he has No accommadations. 238.00 has turned out to be $600.00 for

1 1/2 months, because he cannot take a payment from the veteran that owns half of the storage, because its cash or credit. The senior has become so stressed and emotional, and i do not know what to do, but make two.payments this month, however i do not get paid yet so i have to borrow the money from another veteran.

Moreover, today the manager refused to take 250. And another on March31, which is two months. His motive to sale my storage and continue to make mine and veterans life unhappy, ; because he said, state overrides Federal and No accommadations. I know hes not trying to work with me so, i better get this to the feds before he committs a federal crime, without working with rental tenants.

I.use to love US storage, now i find it criminal.! Please do not rent from this location, because they are saling military documentsto regular citizens Do not rent in westminister.CA.

Wire fraud

AI Highlights
  • - Paid $1,950 to Robert Renzella; 48-hour refund promised but not issued.
  • - OPM said they do not market federal insurance to brokers.
US Federal Contractor Registration - Wire fraud

In 2015 I contracted with Robert Renzella of the above company to assist me with writing bids to do business with the Feds. The contract stated that you could cancel contract and have your money refunded within 48 hrs.

I contacted Mr. Renzella within the required amount of time, and as of today, I am still unable to have my $1,950 refunded.

When the open enrollment period for federal employees rolled around in 2016 for 2017 I contacted Office of Personnel Management (OPM) who oversees the employer sponsored programs for all federal employees. I was questioning why I had not rec’d any RFPs’ since I was a registered business under US Federal contractors.

OPM advised that they do NOT market the FED insurance to brokers and/or insurance agents. I advised Robert of this and once gain that I needed my $1,950 refunded since they could not assist me bidding on contracts that do not exist.

Loss:
$1950
Cons:
  • Do not know what they are doing

Preferred solution: Full refund
