No. They don't answer phones, takes a week for a response to your questions with a non-applicable letter.
I would like to give my own answers. Not your non applicable multiple choice
I am attempting to get assistance from the EEOC. They contacted me and did an Intake.
They sent me a link and told me to fill everything out and schedule an appointment to talk to someone. They keep saying that you have 180 days from the offense to file charges. You cannot file charges until you have had and interview. The schedule FOR the interviews is completely blacked out until NEXT YEAR!
If you call it always says you have a 38 minute wait. But you can hold forever. No one is answering that phone. I wrote an email telling them that it is Ludacris to expect people to watch a calendar all day for 6 months hoping that someone who waited 6 months for their appointment is crazy enough to cancel.
The site does NOT work properly on a mobile device. I was told that by the EEOC Intake person. So if you don't have a computer or 6 months to sit around staring at a calendar...then what? I started trying to find out by reading reviews etc.
Everyone says that they are a waste of time. So if the EEOC is hiding behind the computer.
And they drop people's cases etc. Then who do we talk to.

Verified ReviewerEEOC Dismissals
Hey, has anyone ever had their case dismissed by the EEOC for untimeliness when it was actually timely? EEOC ruled in favor of attorney misrepresented evidence, which is a violation of attorney ethics.
But the EEOC is really giving scam vibes. Like the people employed by the EEOC either are an extension of hitler themselves or just dont like doing their jobs and looking at evidence. The employer literally emailed herself and their attorney titled it sent confirmation and argued to the Judge that they sent it to me and I was that was the proof and got my case dismissed.
Let me know! Because this is fraud and Im curious of similar patterns ignored/upheld by the EEOC.

Verified ReviewerDon't bother filing a complaint
I filed a age discrimination complaint against the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce on November 2018, and the investigation was biased and was not thorough, even though I sent the field investigator (Jones), from the Mississippi Field Office of EEOC, all the relevant evidence to show that the agency did discriminate against me in the hiring process. The investigation was over by the end of July, 2019.
The investigator and I talked and sent emails over the course of the so-called, "Investigation", but the respondents sent fabricated statements about me that were not true and, I had disagreed with the investigator and his supervisor about some things, and it was at that point that it seemed the investigation was halted, slowed down quite a bit cause I never heard from them for a long time in between the disagreement and the closing of the case. It was case #423-201*-00299. The Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce did hire a guy a whole lot younger than me, I am 62 and he was in his twenties. I drove 85 miles to the interview and I thought I would be hired, but I was wrong.
SO if the EEOC says they will investigate age discrimination, that would be a lie, it was for me cause there was no reason for them to not be able to find a determination of discrimination was found against me when they had all the evidence in front of them.
Maybe President Trump needs to drain the EEOC (Mississippi Field Office in Jackson, Mississippi), while draining the swamp. It appears that the age discrimination act of 1967 does not work for seniors, i mean protect them from hiring discrimination because of Age Discrimination investigations of age.
- Biased
- No thorough investigations
- Waste of my tax dollars

To Whom It May Concern:
After listening to a news article recently published on your web site with regard to governmental/judicial corruption, I thought I would forward information regarding my case that will be of interest to you.
As recently as 2005/2006, I was a victim of Sex Discrimination, Sexual Harassment by Management in the presence of other employees, and a Hostile Work Environment. To no avail, and without reason, the E.E.O.C. has refused to prosecute the company I once worked for when and where these events occurred. Additionally, E.E.O.C. is refusing to forward a copy of my file to me under F.O.I.A. (Freedom of Information Act). Mr. R. J. Ruff (713) 209-**** (EEOC office in Houston, Texas) has chosen to fabricate erroneous and egregious information with regard to this case (see attachment). If the E.E.O.C. has “NOTHING TO HIDE”, then this agency MUST AND WILL produce a copy of the entire file as per F.O.I.A. (Freedom of Information Act) pertaining to EEOC Charge No: 461-200*-02202. This case is from when I was forced to resign from my previous employer due to:
•Sex Discrimination (a federal offense);
•Sexual Harassment by Management in the presence of other employees (a federal offense);
•Hostile Work Environment (a federal offense).
Previous employer mentioned SUPRA I was forced to resign from, may currently be under a federal monitor for Theft of Proprietary Information & Theft of Intellectual Property Rights from one of its competitors. From what I understand, my previous employer was ordered to pay this competitor approximately $150,000,000.00 (one-hundred-fifty-million U.S.D.) in financial, compensatory damages for these criminal offenses.
Additionally, I find it suspicious that NO OTHER HOTEL in the City of New Orleans or its suburbs will hire me. I would elaborate more on these issues, but I could explain it better over the phone or in person.

Daniel Lea
