Informationbrokers license application and where to submit

Called to ask some questions on Brokers license. On hold for 1:28 minutes when this young lady answered.

I presented my questions to her. She put me back on hold I assumed to gather my information she didnt know how to answer. I stayed on hold another 48 minutes and was disconnected.

Im sure if my questions were about tik tok , Facebook and instagram she probably could have answered. This generation, worthless!!

Preferred solution: I went to CBP website. Got the information to fill out form 3124 application (Customs Brokers License. Where do I send it after all applicable paperwork needed?
