Orders an item and was charged for it and today got an email that product was not in stock. No attempt to exchange or refund item. Customer service is unresponsive.

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered boots and an ammo pouch.
Neither of which said backordered or not in stock. Emailed them a week later cause I had recieved nothing as far as shipment or information about it, just that I was charged for both and order processed. Sent an email, 4 days later, no reply. Sent another one, 3 days later no reply.
Then I had to search google for their phone number cause it was nowhere to be found on their site. After sitting on hold for about 20 minutes, I was told they would have the boot shipment from the manufacturer in 1 to 2 weeks. OK! 2 weeks later I call back and they can not seem to find any information on when they will recieve the boot shipment from the manufacturer.
I was told "I will contact the purchasing dept and find out", the next day I called she said "I will find out and email you to let you know", the 3rd day I called because I got no email, she said "yes sir I did not email you because I didnt find out any information". At that point I said to cancel my order.
Ridiculous. If their retail stores are anything like their online shopping, I can see why they closed down.
Horrible Service and no Response
I placed an order for a back pack and name tapes the early part of March. I received the name tapes but have not received the pack.
I have submitted many emails to their custoemr service help desk and ave received no response. I have attempted to call them several times and left voice mails but again no response. I have now been holding for 40 minutes waiting on a customer service representative and of course no one is answering.
This is by far the worst service I could ever imagine from a supplier that says they take pride in their customers and portray an image of supplying our troops with what they need. *** I can only imagine what kind of service our deployed troops are receiving if the ones in the states can't get an order to ship across the state in a month or get no response to inquiries.

Questionable Product Availiabilty - PissPoor Customer service
Was asked to respond whether or not the issue was resolved.......a resounding "NO"......USCAV never contacted me with regards to their deceptive practices....but then again.....I did not expect them to step up to the plate given the track record I now have with them.......again very sad
Placed and order with several items on line with US Cavalry - Order was accepted, credit card was charged.......2 days later shipping notice was received. I noticed that two items were not on the shipping notice, so I called.......come to find out the items are and have been back ordered?
As a retailer - how can you not know you have items that you are selling on BO....and better yet...don't you think that is something you should advise the customer on before allowing them to make payment? I find this practice to be very deceptive and have emailed the customer service department to t he same. NOT A WORD from them.....even though the purport to care about customer service and will return all inquirers. So - after a week I call in to the customer service line and ask about the anticipated ship date on the two items.....first rep could not find one of the items on my order and stated she would get back to me with in the hour......she did not.
I called back and the new phone rep found the order......but they have no clue on when the BO items will be filled by the supplier.......really? So......I looked on line and those same to items are still listed for immediate sale - with no indication that they are Back Ordered......
US CAV I remember you when you were an honest little outlet from Radcliff Ky........what happened to the customer service and integrity that you once had? Its just sad......

Three weeks and items have not shipped
Horrible Company
I placed an order for which payment was accepted. The website didn't say anything about being on backorder or out of stock.
3 weeks, several emails, calls, waiting on hold for over an hour and even a request submitted through the service dept to try and find out whats going on. Nothing, let me make it clear, ZERO communication from these people!
It's hard to believe some companies choose to operate this way.
I will never order from them again. Steer clear unless you're wanting to order a headache!

Shirt Review
Ordered a shirt Feb 2 have gotten nothing! I had to
Look up number and a recorded voice told me there would be an hour wait and to email instead.
They don't even give u an option to stay on phone they disconnect you.
Sent 4 emails girl named Ashley emailed back said XL wasn't in stock. I have put a dispute in with bank to try and get money!!!$
Terrible *No* phone / *No* customer support
I placed an order Nev. 27, 2015, one item was shipped & received within two weeks. The other item was MIA. I was able to call them to inquire on the missing item (which was told it was on backorder) and request an RMA for an exchange of the item I did receive.
Dec. 7, 2015 USCav received my exchange (thanks to tracking), but when I wanted to contact them about a week later regarding the exchange and the backorder their phone number was no longer listed on their website.
So I emailed them. Four times. Detailing, in as few sentences as I could, my concerns. No replies. I also posted a comment on their Facebook page asking what is going on with their customer service. Finally got a reply to my 4th email a week after it was sent - in very broken English and kind of answering my concerns. Looks like all my items are on backorder and I should receive them in "2-3 weeks".
At the time of this writing it has been 6 weeks since they received my exchange request...not 2-3 weeks. Jerks. Yesterday I emailed them via their direct email AND their online 'contact us' form (which I believe goes to the same email) telling them I want to cancel the order and I expect a credit to my card. Let's see how long this takes. I wonder if they read these complaints? They should. Jerks.
Terrible service
I placed an order on Nov. 17 and have never received it or had any information from them about why that is so.
I sent several emails to their customer service address with no reply then tried calling the number on my receipt. The recording said to expect a wait time of up to an hour and suggested emailing their site.
If or when I ever get my order it will surely be the last thing I ever buy from this business. What a crock!

Received 2 items out of 8 items ordered. My account was charged for all items. Website says "updating ordering system". No tracking numbers.
No answers. Will never shop again.

This is the worst online shopping experience i have ever had...i ordered 1 pair of pants on dec 1 with $12 shipping i thought i would have it in a few days...i checked on my order and was told by brittany wyatt my order was sent on dec 10 then i was told by her again it was sent on the 15 then i was told on the 24 the item was defected and they had to order another...its jan16 i still have not got it...i askef for a refund and was told "sorry your item is on back order you should receive it in a few weeks...THIS IS SOME ***!!!
THE Worst
I placed an order in Dec 2014. One week later I called to see why I hadn't received it yet and was told that "it hasn't been shipped yet and one item is backordered".
I told them to cancel the ordrer. Nearly two months later I see that my credit card was billed for this purchase. I called and was told that they would check into it. Many weeks later after I called, I was told they sent it to the wrong address.
It took 13 phone calls by me over a 4 month period and threatening legal action to finally get a refund. I was always given a run-a-round. They obviously try to draw out the process so that the customer will eventually give up in defeat.
This is one of the worse businesses I have dealt with and I will never buy anything from them again.

I am in the same boat I have ordered since the March and my deployment bag have not arrived. And they already charged me for the item.
I'm dealing with them right now and just about everything is verbatim. At this point I'm wondering if I should just chock it up as a loss? Plain ridiculous that they are able to operate this way!!!
