Unethical, Rude, Price Quoted, Paid almost 2X's

Transported 2 cars from NJ to CO. Cars were never slotted, then when a slot came up the price went from $800.00 to $1300.00. Dispatcher was rude, disrespectful and yelled at me. Drivers would call at all hours of the night and demand the car within 2 hours, would try to sell you insurance and other protection. I finally paid the price $1300 X 2, took my car at 12 midnight for one of them. On the other side I had to pick my car up in Denver versus Boulder to get it, when it was suppose to be door to door. The company is unethical, the salesman Dave Parker oversold me and the dispatcher Frank Allen was the rudest person I have ever done business with. There is no definition of who the customer is, or a car about customer satisfaction. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

BECAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! US Auto Transport & Logistics LLC

I hired US Auto Transport & Logistics to take my vehicle from Texas to Monterrey in Mexico. This is an Escalade 2010 and due to unsafety in the highways of north Mexico I was advised that it would be better to transport the car in an enclosed truck. This company told me that they were going to pick up the vehicle in Austin Texas on Saturday November 3rd at 4pm, they called me on Sunday saying that they will pick it up in the morning and finally they did it at 6pm on November 4th. The morning of Monday November 5th they abandoned the car in Laredo Texas outside of an autopart store who kindly called me saying that my car was there and before calling the police and or the Tow Company they wanted to find out who was the owner of the car, I explained that I hired this company and asked for some time to contact them. I called US Auto Transport & Logistics and they told me that it was a misunderstanding because the manager of that autopart company would take care of my car but nobody knew that, even the Store Manager. In the midnight I received a call from the tow company saying that they had a report on my car and they had to remove it to the impound lot so I authorized to move it and keep it safe. I tried to contact US Auto Transport & Logistics LLC at that time to understand what was going on and nobody answered my phone calls. The following morning they sent me an email saying that they were not going to honor the contract because the car was not there. Nevertheless I told them that even though the tow company saved from a huge problem contacting me, they could pick the car up and finish the service. They never responded to me until I requested my money back, $789 USD plus $95 USD I had to pay to the two company and they said NO so I had to contact the Better Business Bureau and I expect to get my money back soon. They were very efficient to collect my money and then they lied and lied, a guy named Mike and his manager David gave me excuse and excuse, they were rude and finally they didn't recognize they are doing wrong business. I had to hire a serious person to ship the car and I had to pay twice. I passed very bad moments because my car was in the street and not in a nice area, this car costs around $80K USD so I lost time and money. The driver who picked up the car in Austin was a contractor and he was hired to deliver the car in Laredo, he can be a witness because we also was very mad with US Auto Transport & Logistics LLC, people from Autozone the autopart company also can explain this and they can be witnesses and finally the operator from the tow company who helped me keeping the car safe, he also can be a witness of this unfortunately situation. Be careful with this company, David Crupi and Mike Sharp.
