Received a refund but no apology and the rep who made the rude comment was the one who had updated me on the refund.
I received notification that my deposits would be refunded, this email was sent by the same CSR who gave me a difficult time. Their letter was straightforward to the point and professional. I later sent an email saying I only relieved one deposit when I made two and I receive an email seven hours later that I had yet ANOTHER deposit to make.
I went to check my account out of curiosity and all my bids were gone.... And I was immediately prompted to pay a deposit which I didn't mind paying but find it suspicious
I have yet to receive an apology from the CSR or the company.
I attached a file to an email showing I didn't see where the CSR was directing me to go... They shot back a very rude email suggesting I couldn't afford the product
I quickly alerted the representative of how what they were saying was unnecessary especially as it had little to nothing to do with my concern in the first place.
I also emailed the account issues page explaining what happened
