I tried to give zero stars, but this website made me give one. This is one of the worst, most dysfunctional, inefficient, difficult companies I have ever had to work with.
I have a Frigidaire refrigerator that is under the manufacturer's warranty. Unfortunately, US Appliance is the only company that Frigidaire can use in my area. My refrigerator has had a minor but very annoying problem where it beeps incessantly if not closed at exactly the right pressure and speed. I've been trying to get it fixed for over three months.
I could write a book on the problems we've had dealing with this company, but I'll try to keep it short. Their techs don't come when scheduled, and if they do show, it's hours late for the appointment. My husband and I have together taken off five days of work for someone to either not show or come as late as 7:30 PM (when the window was 9-3). They call about appointments but hang up immediately, and then send a text saying you missed the call and to call them.
Then they don't answer the phone. If you finally get in touch with someone (in as little as one hour after the 'missed' call), they will tell you it's been too long and they had to close the ticket, and you have to start the process all over with Frigidaire. Then when you get that done, they come out and tell you they sent the part back that you needed because of the closed ticket. I seriously cannot make this stuff up.
I have asked to speak to a supervisor/manager/owner, but have always been told they are not available and have to deal with someone that sounds like they are in another country.
It is incredibly frustrating, and after over three months and seven scheduled appointments, my refrigerator has not been fixed. How this company can remain in business is a mystery.

Hi Crystal, I think you may have us mixed up with another company. We are an online retailer of appliances based out of Michigan and do not offer installation or appliance repair.
The company I am talking about is called US Appliance. Perhaps you use the same name.
Their number is 1-800-779-****. They are the only authorized retailer in my area (north Florida) for Frigidaire repairs.
