It hasn't. They refused to provide a UK return address.
Refused to refund my money and then stopped responding to emails. Any positive reviews are FAKE.
This is a scam. Wigs are nothing like advertised and they NEVER refund your money.I would NEVER use them again and have tried to warn as many people as I can what they are like.
The quality was poor, the colour ordered was dark brown chestnut, what arrived was copper and, despite taking careful measurements it did not fit. I emailed them that afternoon to let them know it had to be returned. Initially they asked for photos, which I provided. Since then, it has been a constant ping pong of emails from them.
They claim the wig is OK!, it's not, they said they use 3rd parties to make the wigs so it would have to be returned abroad but wouldn't say where. As it was purchased from a UK web site, I told them they had to send a UK address. This morning I have an email, from them, flatly refusing to do this. They offered a 5%, then 10% now 20% discount which, I have told them repeatedly I am not interested in.
We do not want the wig. Just a refund.
After this started, I googled the company and sadly realised that they do this all the time. The BBC has done and expose on them as have a number of blogger but they are still trading and still ripping people off. They send out a poor-quality wig, nothing like what is advertised and when people as for a refund they refuse.
This is a scam/rip off/fraud. The urhair website is registered URL: http://uk.godaddy.com, was updated on the 14 September 2022 and is set to expire on the 7 September 2023. Their name servers are cass.ns.cloudflare.com and lars.ns.cloudflare.com.
I would be more than happy to give you copies of all the emails that have been sent to/from them. I have reported them to Trustpilot and Site jabber and am posting on social media everyday but not sure how much it will help.
That is why I, we, need your help.
These people are criminals. Some of the online reports of them sending out horrible to wigs to children with cancer are just appalling.
