Disappointed with urbn product
- - Ordered URBN 27000mAh power bank 3 months ago; it stopped working.
- - Fully charged on receipt; no physical damage; service centers unavailable; no response after 5 days.
I had sent 2 mails regarding my issue with my power bank but still now no response from the company. worst service
i have ordered urbn power bank 27000mAh 3 months back on amazon. I charged it fully when i received it.
starting it was ok & worked well. but suddenly from last week it stopped working. I tried many times but no use. Charging was also full.
There was no physical damage to the power bank.
I thought to take it to service center but later got to know that there are no service centers available. I sent mail to the company last 5 days back but still know no response & no one contacted me to collect the power bank.
Preferred solution: replace the power bank 27000mAH or provide service to it

Power bank not working... Not charging .After repeated time after lodging a complain and request for a replacement, there is no response from urbn.
So poor customer care service... No one contact me.
1399 rupees is not a matter of joke. I will never purchase urbn product if not get replacement.

Please arrange for a replacement. Can't receive any help from your side. With in 15 days of use it's not working... It's cheating...
