Purchased Memphis which is to be waterproof fell in pool for less than a minute it crackles and won't get refund from Verizon store

Earbuds not working
Please fix it as soon as possible. Beach I m getting problem to it .it almost 2 week completed for the complain till now I have not get any response. After a week 1 side of earbud stop working
