Ordered a BTS light stick version 4. Box was slightly damaged and did not turn on after many attempts of changing, checking the connection where the batteries are inserted, rearranging, etc… ne refund
Received a slightly damaged box. Put new batteries in several times.
Checked the connection and adjusted if necessary. It did not turn on after many attempts to change it. Nothing, I would like a refund for this product. The company offers a full refund as quoted on their website!
