So upset … , store manager insisted on giving us store credit instead of refunding a transaction. Thee transaction was barely 10 minutes ago !! Giving Sirens less than one star is what I would like
- - No refunds; store credit.
- - No-refund policy claimed; torn note on counter; receipt issued after transaction; customer won't shop there again.
I used the gift card for my other daughter … no the issue was not resolved !!! They don’t care …
No refund but store credit !! Unacceptable , the item was purchased 10 minutes ago !!
Further the manager told me that a NO REFUND policy was posted, there was a torn piece of paper taped to the check out counter and her pointing to the receipt , not acceptable either because the receipt is issued AFTER the completion of the transaction !!
Needless to say that I felt cheated and trapped !! We will never purchase there again !!!

- - Sale items weren't on the floor yet and were only summer items, not worth the trip.
Received text stating buy one get 2 free on 1000 of select items only to get to the store to find out that what's on sale hasn't been put on floor yet and it's only on summer items not even close to 1000 items I drove in for a sale that wasn't worth it like other customers we all left

not a complaint, customer service did reach out to me and will give the sales associate the recognition she deserves at the falls location for her outstanding service.
Store closing early
- - Drove 45 minutes to shop before the mall closes at 8:00.
- - Sirens closed at 6:55; it was 7:04 and staff said they close earlier.
We just drove 45 minutes to bring my girls school shopping, knowing the mall closes at 8:00, and after a few shops we headed to Sirens where my daughter wanted to go shopping the most, and the girls that are in the store decided to close the close at 6:55. im in my car now wiring this and its 7:04 and the store is now closed.
Very disappointing that the staff take it upon themselves when we are trying to juggle schedules, malls closing earlier and a hectic work week. I even asked the girls working there, dont you close at 8:00 and they both said, no we close earlier.
