Horrible customer service. Associate said she'd call me back the next day about an order and never did.
It happened 2x on two separate occasions. Then said if I wanted to cancel an order I'd have to go to the store I ordered it from but guess what???

Urban Homes Furniture poor quality, bad customer service!

BEWARE! Do NOT buy furniture at Ubran Homes, Oxnard, California.
Products are manufactured outside of the US and is probably not regulated. Their furniture made me physically ill due to vapors from the finish. Called them to resolve problem but their customer service is lacking, they do not return calls, and cannot resolve problems in a timely manner. You will BE SORRY if you buy from them.
BBB has rated them with a BIG FAT "F". I should have done my homework and avoided them completely! They should not have a business license to operate in this county!
