I made an order on november 29 of 3 urban Decay NAKED Heat palletes. Since then, I only received an email telling me the order was being prepared, but was never shipped. I called customer service 3 times without receiving any useful response. Your costumer service is the worst Ive talked to in my entire life. Today I logged into my UD account and I found out my order was cancelled; you dont even send an email explaining the situation. You ruined 3 christmas presents I was about to give. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK ASAP. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY?

Eye liner doesn’t glide as advertised
This product works for a little while then quits gliding. I bought a sharpener for it from Ultta - it didnt help. So I bought another pencil with same results. They dont work very long, are pricey, disappointing product.
User's recommendation: Ask if product is guaranteed.

Urban decay eyeliner won't glide
expensive product, supposed to 'glide'. worked for a few tries, then stopped 'gliding'. cant get it to apply .
