Took classic car in for convertible repair should receive some of my money back.
I contacted the company no action taken. Brought car to another dealer they fixed my car.
Hard to find honest auto repair technician. I had all 12 including the one he said he fixed for 3100.
Urban auto charged me 1500 for one hydraulic and wanted 1000 to fix another. They took advantage of a disabled senior will never go back.
Cost me 3100. They shouldve told me at Urban Auto Workz to replace all 12 for 3100 not one at a time for 1000 each.
I feel they took advantage of a senior and they ripped me off. Id like some of my money back.
