Problem with order

I ordered 3 bottles of Revive plus and was charged for 4 bottles. I called and canceled that order because It was supposed to be a special price for 3 bottles but I was charged the regular price for 4.

I ordered one item but was billed for two more that I didn't order.

I ordered 1 item for the ACV Secret Buy 1 Get 3 free $49.95 # SACVC028. The bill added 2 additional items that I did not order-The ACV Secret 3 jars SACVU010 $85.50 and Manuka Miracle 3 jars $111.00 SMHMU004.

The subtotal was $246.45, Tax $21.27, shipping and handling $12.95 making the total of $280.67.

I did NOT order those 2 items so please delete them from this purchase immediately. Sally King

Our order was refused and sent back through the post office. We did get out refund. We don't know why. Please don't send anymore cause our credit company won't work with the company.

Our credit card won't accept your product and the post office won't deliver it to us. Please ----no reorders. It will happen again.

Contest charge/recen order

I thought I was responding to an offer of buy 1, get 2 free at a price of $37.00, plus shipping etc. I was charged $202.88, for I think 6 bottles. I would like to cancel this order!!

I did not realize this purchase would be an automatic ongoing purchase. The product is good, but to costly for me.

I returned the package unopened. Then I notified an Upwellness associate to follow up on refund.

Contacted Customer Service to get a refund for unused Fresh product I wanted to return - they REFUSED to offer refund for same

UpWellness states: "Our promise is simple - we will always try to help" - but neglects to note they mean helping their profits as opposed to clients.
I purchased a 6-month supply (6 jars) of their "Golden Revive" product accompanied by various health claims.
My wife ended-up with some adverse allergic reaction to the product after using 3 jars of pills and I requested a refund for the 3 remaining SEALED JARS ( 15 Months Prior to Stamped Expiration Date), but not within their 60 day refund policy.
Company Rep refused to take product back for refund showing that their empty claim of "...we will always try to help" applies to their Profits - NOT their customers.
Caveat Emptor.
