One of your managers called me from your store, cussed me out, and then proceeded to say she can do whatever she wants there because she's the manager.

I don't know what *** me off more. Being discriminated against or basically being told that my brand new adidas sneakers could possibly be fakes.

Meanwhile. The exact same shoe was displayed on one of your racks dirty with missing shoe laces.

I was told that my shoes couldn't not be authenticated.

Imagine that. Im disgusted and I won't be back.

Brought in some professional wear for trade or donate. Front desk "manager" would not allow me to leave the store while they looked over my belongings. After 20mins I asked for the items back, they argued about returning my items, said I could just wait.

Overall was more about the poor attitude and communication on why I could not leave and accepting that time window did not work for my schedule.

Mansfield Tx location is a con you bring your items to sell then the clerks tell you that they are not worth anything then they tell you that the items will be donated to a good charity these crooks turn around your items and place them on the racks for resale. I seen my items multiple times and took pictures of my items right back for sale in the store location I'm currently working with an attorney.

They are rip off artist looking for desperate victims to give away a their items! On an average offering Pennie's on the dollar then reselling them at a huge profit! Seller beware

As I said before. There was clearly a sign with three different colors, remarked, it clearly said the different colors, and what the discount was when I went to pay the lady said no Im not honoring that discount it was up there and not taken down not only did I not get the discount that was advertised, but the lady was rude And never been so disappointed and a Store in my life.

Verbally abused by the store manager as well as the associates. I attempted to contacted someone at corporate, and they point-blank to old me they did not care how horribly these managers and employees treat their customers. The women I spoke with at corporate was even more disrespectful and hateful as the manger at the local store.
