I sent my Solix 12 Humminbird fish finder to Humminbird for a soft wear update.I took it to UPS in Tallmadge Ohio.I had the mail ticket that Humminbird sent me to use to mail it to them.The clerk at the UPS store in Tallmadge put the wrong sticker on my package and sent it to the wrong address and lost my $2800.fish finder.It has been sixty days and I can't get a answer from them and I am out my fish finder.I have called and called them and they just keep passing the buck saying they are waiting on corporate for answers.Now half of my fishing season is over and I still don't have a answer from them about what they are going to do about loosing my fish finder . What can I do about it?

My complaint is this has happened to me three days apart. I have an email that someone tried delivering on Saturday without leaving a tag delivery had been.
there. When I saw the driver pull up I ran outside.
He told me he couldnt find my package I meant I had no door tag from Saturdays delivery. From this point on I will be picking up my packages, because this is too much and extremely unexpected

These guys suck
Ive been tracking a package that is now four days late and watched it go from one end of the country to the other. Basically stopping in my town three times and was never put out for delivery.
This is the sixth time UPS has done this I implore all of you companies out there dont use UPS.
I will never use this company for anything and I will spread the word to everyone. I know that UPS is junk.

Well it's been 62 days since UPS store in Tallmadge Ohio lost my $3000. package and I still can't get an answer out of them .
