I ordered a pair of pleasers I received a confirmation number that same day later on that night I tried to track the item I tried to track the item via USPS Fed ex everything and it literally said the item order number did not exist so I immediately called my credit card company and told him it was fraud after reading reviews online on the company saying not to order from them that that had happened to them as well . Seven days later the shoes popped up at my door this morning I woke up to a phone call from the owner saying he was going to call the cops on me because I had his merchandise and didn’t pay for it since I had made the claim I offered a new credit card number and to pay for the item since I did receive it and he literally started yelling at me and arguing with me for about 15 minutes and would not let me pay for the item unless I sent him a picture of my credit card this guy was a real *** but I’ve never been so disrespected in my life the way he spoke to me was horrible and unprofessional and not In a manner that a business owner should speak to any customer . If this was the last company left on earth , I still wouldn’t buy from them .

This is a total scam operation. They DO NOT accept returns. Don't bother ordering from them. I purchased a pair of shoes from them (never again!) and tried one of the shoes on to see if they fit. They didn't. I needed 1 size larger. So I packed them up and mailed them back. They are claiming that the shoes are black and they can't resell them. Therefore, they won't refund or give a store credit. Absolute scam!

I asked to speak to a manager. Go figure, the person I was speaking to was the manager. Unreal! He left a message accusing me of wearing these shoes out. I mean, what?! I barely got my foot into one of them, the other shoe I never even tried on.

The day I received my shoes, as soon as I tightened the strap on my ankle and stood up it popped right out. I didn’t even get to walk in them and they had to audacity to say because I was walking in them and fell over the ankle strap broke off even though I mentioned it clearly that all I did was stood up and it popped right out.

What they “claim” is that the shoe is intentionally made to not be secured permanantly because if so, if I would had fallen my ankle would have been broken when in fact it’s just poorly made. This isn’t my first rodeo with 10” heels.

I ordered two pairs of boots, i tried them on at home and realized i needed a bigger size. Sent the shoes back and revieved the same shoes back because they were " worn and dirty".

These guys are scammers. Watch out.

I put an order June 10th never received anything so I tracked it with the tracking number it said it was returned to seller June 18 it's june 29th and nothing. There is nothing upscale about this website or customer service.

So they got me for 57. And some change. I guess they do this often. Whoever is answering their calls said I didn't understand and wasn't sure is I will be receiving my shipment due to too many shipments a day.

If you can't keep up with your clientele your in the wrong business sir or mamm. I will never purchase from here again!!

I never received a tracking # until the day before it was delivered

upon delivery I noticed it was too small ,I started calling the company right away to get an RA# for an exchange NOT once have I ever spoken with a person.........Instead hours later I received an email which stated

swimsuits are considered intimate and by state law can not be returned. I then looked into this further hence I am now out of $110.00

for an item I have never worn and still has the tags on it.

There are no laws regulating the return of such items !!!! I am aware that it is up to the individual retailer to make this decision.

Sadly, I only wanted to exchange for the proper size .

I do NOT recommend to anyone buying anything from this online store.

As I say this .... Prior to my ordering , I made several attempts to contact someone by phone to discuss sizing without an answer....

I truly believe this is someone distributing products from their apartment/home.

My purchase was in fact drop shipped from the manufacture.

Please heed my warning ... If you do find something to your liking check the manufacture and order directly from them.

I have worked in customer service for several years ...This company has none.

I ordered 2 things on February 13. I emailed before to ask if there was a faster method of shipping than their 3-7 business day standard.

Rey emailed back and said it would arrive when I need it by the 21. I had to call them because days later my order was still processing and I was getting worried. They assured me that they would send it out ASAP. Well I got one item with no receipt!

Called again and was told I'd have to pay an extra 40 for overnight and then he told me I'd only be able to do 2 day air. So I agree even though their coupon codes never go through and they told me I'd get my 10% back, and they'd even split shipping with me! Good deal right? Wrong because its now the 21 and after pestering them for my stuff, I have a tracking number with no shipped package.

Called UPS and they never received the package and he never shipped it. This places SUCKS AMD IS A SCAM!!!!!

Well i ordered a pair of pleaser shoes and apparently fedex lost the box although I had no idea. I called upscalestripper.com and they shipped out a new pair right away.

I was about to be pissed but they fixed it. I have ordered from so many sites in the past but its weirs cause I never had a good experience. I doubt its because I am an exotic dancer but how would they know right?

We are with the factory team, they mentioned black shadow. I can show you better than I can tell you, but you dont trust me do you?
