I sent a paper in a 2 day shipping envelope and it was ridiculously expensive $40. But, I needed it shipped immediately. Ten days later, it was sent back to the state I am living in. Store # 3214 Treasure Coast Plaza, Vero Beach, FL Went there today with my 85 yr old father to return a phone via pre paid labor. The manager/ owner charged me to print the lable provided by the company then proceeded to be insulting to my father and I when his ethics was questioned. Read more

Worst service ever, the guy who was working named TED was so rude, i was using the computer because i needed to print some documents and suddenly he came and moved me almost push me to see what i was doing i just wanted to delete the documents that i printed, then when he checked what i printed he threw the papers at me.. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Store refused to take a hundred dollar bill without a Blue Seal. Employee not filling out forms correctly. Store manager refusing to talk to customer. I had to return to the store three times to try to get issues resolved after two phone calls. Employees did not seem to know they were doing. Every one that I talked to told me something different. Terrible terrible customer service at this store. I drop off an USPS item to ask them help deliver to the USPS and they charged a deliver fee. Ten days later, I still cannot find any transmit info online. It shows USPS is still "awaiting item". Most of the time UPS gets packages delivered on time, which is their job. However when they don't it is a constant nightmare to try to get service guarantee, which is really the only recourse when they are late, never mind the time, effort, and disappointment when a package doesn't arrive. A caution to anyone shipping UPS. When you take your packages to a UPS store be sure to stand there and read EVERY LINE of the paper they give you. In this full length, small print paper which probably 90% of customers do not read, you sign that you are taking all responsibility for damages caused in shipping, you are not putting insurance on those packages as they do not provide insurance. I had gone to send a package to Hawaii on Dec. 21,2016. Ryan M. at the store said he could help me and told me he could get it there in 3 days. I agreed and paid $33.36 for shipping.
