Totally unresponsive
They were sent a PDF file to print a tri fold 8 1/2x11 brochure. They printed it half size and refused to make good.

I supplied a PDF file for a 8 1/2”x11” trifold. They printed it 1/2 size. They refused to accept their error. Not nice people. Should have stayed with Vistaprint.
They printed the brochure the wrong size and refused to acknowledge their error and make good on the job.
