Resolved: Monitor did not provide the 2K resolution at the advertised refresh rate
- - 24-inch touchscreen monitor failed to reach 2K refresh rates with Nvidia.
- - High-quality adapters and cables tested; reply was generic and lacked 2K guidance.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. The company has not only provided me with a replacement monitor but someone from the staff has been in constant contact with me to ensure that the monitor met my expectations.
Unfortunately, I still couldn't achieve the stated refresh rates at 2K resolution.
I initially contacted the company through Amazon but received no response. After posting on PissedConsumer, the company contacted me via email within 48 hours.
However, the response was clearly generic and showed no understanding of my specific complaint, offering only basic troubleshooting steps.
The company should provide clearer instructions on how to achieve the advertised refresh rates at 2K resolution, including any specific requirements. They also need to pay closer attention to the details of customer complaints when responding.

Bought a brand new Delta Touch monitor direct from COmpany. Arrived late and does not work.
4 x days later i'm still waiting on a return solution from them and Support only issue 1 x email per day. Appalling customer service and no official ticket or support mechanism
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMAPNY!!!
